3. Image uploads and processing

Your uploaded images are transmitted over encrypted connections and processed on our secured servers solely to remove the background and generate your output file. Images are treated as confidential. We do not review, share, or publish your images except as strictly necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload (see our Terms & Conditions).

4. Data retention

Uploaded images and their processed results are stored only temporarily and are automatically deleted within 24 hours, unless you have an account feature that intentionally saves your history or unless retention is required to resolve a support issue or comply with law. Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting requirements.

5. Cookies and tracking
